patches come with a clear backing designed specifically to make sure every omega patch is
usable, every time.

To Use Omega Patch:
1. Select an area of skin. The patch will stick better if you choose an area of skin without hair,
lotion, or oil residues such as your shoulder, back, or hip. Clean and dry the skin.
2. Remove the omega patch from the release liner.
3. Adhere the omega patch to your skin, pressing firmly.
4. For best results, it is recommended to wear omega patches for 8 hours. There is
no additional benefit of wearing patch longer than 8 hours.
5. When finished, remove the patch, fold it in half and discard.
6. Repeat with a new patch the next day
